There are two opportunities for educators who have attended an EdCamp. Choose one.
(1) Apply for a grant.
These grants are for educators who want to build upon what they learned at an Edcamp. They are extending the impact of an Edcamp experience.
The goal is to increase a teacher's capacity to bring about change in the classroom. While some of the grant may be used for classroom supplies, the focus is on teacher growth and learning. The grant might be for taking a class, shadowing a colleague, attending a conference or initiating a start-up project in their school community. It all depends on what you want to build upon from the Edcamp that you attended. In what do you want to become more proficient? What can you learn that will serve your students, both this year and for years to come?
These grants are for teachers who are willing to take the time to become the best that they can be for the students in their classrooms!

The new grant quarter will open soon.
(2) Apply to be a grant reader.
If you are not applyng for a grant, the EdCamp Foundation needs volunteers to read entries and assist in the selection of winners. This is a 10-20 hour commitment, training included. If you are interested in adding this experience to your resume, please email: JUSTINE@EDCAMP.ORG
