Girls Who Code, a leading national non-profit with the mission to close the gender gap in technology, opens its Summer Immersion Program application on January 22nd.

WHO: 10th and 11th grade girls who have not taken AP Computer Science are eligible to apply, no computer science experience required
WHAT: the Summer Immersion Program is a free 7-week full time non-residential program during weekdays in the summer, teaching computer science skills and providing girls with access to tech careers. The program offers up to a $1,400 stipend for eligible girls!

DEADLINES: Early application deadline is February 15th. Second round application/final deadline is March 15th.
