Rutgers Oncology Olympiad is an academic competition focusing on cancer diagnosis, treatment, symptoms, genetics, and healthcare specialists. The event is comprised of two rounds: an online individual qualifying test and a team tournament. Individual qualifying tests will occur online in January 2018. Students will chose one of the following dates: Thursday, January 18; Friday, January 19; or Saturday, January 20. The online qualifying test will be available for 90 minutes from the time the registered students open the test on testing date chosen.
Teachers registering groups of 10 or more students may contact the Program Coordinators at cscbre@sph.rutgers.edu to schedule a different testing date and time for their students, if desired. This option may be selected on the ticket registration page. Those who qualify for the team tournament will be notified and receive an invitation to the Team Tournament, which will take place in Spring 2018 at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the LIFE Center at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
